What Causes Yellow Tomato Plant Leaves?

A healthy tomato plant has bright green leaves.   Every once in a while, though, a tomato plant’s leaves will change colors.   Yellow tomato plant leaves can be caused by a number of things.  Tomato plant leaves can go yellow for a number of reasons, ranging from easily-fixed benign problems to problems that will require treatment.

Plant Lice / Aphids and Vegetable Plants

Container gardens have so many benefits over traditional “in the ground” gardens. They need less water. I can control the soil quality. I can–with some dragging action–control the weather. But there are a few things that traditional and container gardens have to contend with. One of them is stinkin’ plant lice.

How to Get Rid of White Flies on Herb Plants and Vegetable Plants

So I woke up this morning and found that my indoor herb garden had been attacked by whiteflies. Ergh!
Chances are, they have been there for several days but I just noticed them. In fact, I know that’s the case.
Whiteflies are nasty little critters that attack plants, but they usually go undetected until they numbers are plentiful. This is because white flies feed off the bottom sides of plants’ leaves.
I have already begun taking care of the problem.  If you have a whitefly problem, here’s how to get them off of …
